Shipping Options:
Presently, we extend two distinct shipping methods for your convenience:
  • Standard Ground Shipping: $5.99
  • Expedited Priority Shipping: $8.99
    • This priority option guarantees faster delivery then Ground Shipping 
Order Tracking:
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update if initial progress is not displayed.

Shipping Address:
Accuracy in providing your shipping address during checkout is paramount. Should an incorrect address be entered and your items dispatched accordingly, we regret that the responsibility for locating any lost packages cannot be assumed by us. Additionally, when using a credit or debit card with a billing address differing from the shipping address, it is imperative to accurately specify both addresses to avoid potential order declines.

International Orders:

Orders placed with a shipping address or IP address located outside of the USA will regrettably be automatically canceled and refunded.

Discreet Shipping:
Recognizing the need for privacy among adult smokers, we ensure discretion in our shipping practices. All packages are discreetly packaged in plain padded envelopes, devoid of any branding that may indicate their contents.

Processing Time:
Our standard processing time for all orders is 24-48 hours. However, the majority of orders are expedited, typically shipped either the same day (if placed before 4:00pm EST) or the following day.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
While we strive to provide exceptional service, we must clarify that once an order has been shipped, we relinquish responsibility for any subsequent loss or theft.

Returns

We only accept returns for items that have been unopened and unused. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Disposable vapes with the verification seal, outside label, or plastic wrapper opened
  • E-Liquids or E-Juices with the seal cracked
  • Shipping Fees 
  • Opened or Used vape mods or other smoke accessories 

To qualify for a full refund you must contact us within 7 calendar days of your order being delivered requesting a refund for any unused or unopened items. If you contact us after this time period your request for a refund will be denied. 

Customers are responsible for paying for their own return labels.
